We’re here to make sure your order gets to you quickly, safely, and without any fuss. Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship your Daysides and what to expect along the way.
Shipping Methods
We offer different shipping options depending on where you are. Once your order is packed and ready to go, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your Daysides every step of the way. Shipping times and costs vary by country and method.
We’ve partnered with a delivery service that offers CO₂-neutral shipping. We believe it’s part of our responsibility to care for the planet. Slower delivery means up to 30% lower carbon emissions, so to thank you for your patience.
International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! Delivery time and cost depend on your country and local customs. In some cases, extra customs fees or taxes might apply. These are handled by your local carrier or customs office and are out of our control. Need help? Just reach out at support@mydayside.com — we’re happy to assist.
Missing or Damaged Items
If something’s missing or arrived damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos (of the product, packaging, and packing slip if needed). After 7 days, we might not be able to process a claim, so don’t wait too long.
Packaging Damage
We pack your order with care, but sometimes boxes get bumped around in transit. If your packaging is damaged but the product is still in perfect condition, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement. Not sure? Just ask, our team is always happy to check with you.
Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking says “Delivered” but you didn’t receive your package, please file a claim with the carrier directly. If you need our help, we’ll need proof of the claim before we can look into it. Claims for delivered-but-not-received orders must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Order Changes
Need to update your shipping address or change something in your order? No problem, just contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we may already be preparing your shipment, and changes might not be possible.
Order Cancellation
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After that, it might already be on its way. Just send us a quick message at support@mydayside.com and we’ll do our best to help.
Processing Time
