Refund policy
At Dayside, we care about how you feel in your socks, from fit to comfort to everyday performance. If something’s not quite right, we’ll make it right. Simple as that.We believe that when you put trust in us, it’s our job to make sure you feel good about that choice. Not just in how your socks feel, but in how you're treated too. If something didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll work with you to make it right. Every request is handled personally, and always with fairness and understanding. We’re here to help, not to make things difficult. That’s just how we do things.
100-Day Free Replacement
If your socks don’t fit, aren’t comfortable, or simply didn’t meet your expectations, we’ll send you a free replacement — no return needed.
- Please note: free replacements are limited to one per order.
- This applies to one pair per order, even if you’ve purchased a pack.
- Ordered a bundle (e.g. a 3-pack)? You may keep one pair and return the remaining pairs.
- Once we’ve received the return, we’ll send you a full replacement bundle in your preferred size completely free of charge.
100-Day Refund Policy
You can request a return within 100 days after your order date. If your order is received less than 30 days ago, we’ll refund you in full. If it’s been more than 30 days, we’ll offer you store credit or a replacement instead.
How To Return
To request a return, please email our team at support@mydayside.com and include the following details:
- Order Number
- SKU / Item Name
- Reason of Return
Refund Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our end or the item is defective or incorrect. Please note that delays caused by customs clearance are outside our control and not considered a valid reason for return.
In the event that your package arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong color/size, we will cover the return shipping costs. Customers must contact support within 14 days of receiving the product to report the matter.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days. Refunds may take a few extra days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Good to know
- Free replacements do not require you to return the original item (limited to one per order)
- All returns require proof of purchase, including the order date
- Products marked as “final sale” can’t be returned or refunded
- Items sent back without return authorization or outside the return instructions won’t be accepted
- Returns sent to any address other than the one provided by our team will not be accepted
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the product(s) only. Shipping costs, including express or international shipping fees, are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it. After that, it might already be on its way. Just send us a quick message at support@mydayside.com and we’ll do our best to help.
