Black Friday Giveaway Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the Black Friday Giveaway organized by Dayside, based in Groningen, The Netherlands. Website: www.mydayside.com
1. The Giveaway in Brief
During the Black Friday Giveaway, participants have a chance to win 1 of 30 free Dayside compression sock bundles. Participation is free. After signing up, you’ll gain access to our exclusive pre-Black Friday offer.
If you make a purchase using this pre-sale offer and later win a giveaway prize, you’ll receive either a full refund or an additional bundle for free — your choice.
2. Who Can Participate?
- Open to individuals aged 18 or older
- Must reside in The Netherlands or Belgium
- One entry per person (duplicate entries will be removed)
- No purchase necessary to participate
3. How Does It Work?
To enter:
- Fill in your first name and email address on our giveaway page
- By signing up, you consent to receiving emails from Dayside about Black Friday and relevant offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any of our emails.
To win:
- 30 winners will be selected at random from all valid entries
- Winners will be contacted via email by November 26, 2025
4. Pre-Black Friday Offer
After signing up, you’ll be redirected to a limited-time offer with a discount on a selected Dayside compression bundle.
If you purchase and then win:
You’ll get to choose:
- A full refund of your purchase, or
- An additional bundle, shipped to you free of charge
Dayside will reach out to confirm your preference.
5. Prizes
- 30x Dayside compression bundles valued at €87 (retail price)
- Prizes are non-exchangeable for cash (except as part of the refund option)
- Shipping costs for the additional bundle (if selected) are covered by Dayside
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
- Winners will be selected through a random drawing
- Drawing will take place on November 25, 2025
- Winners will be personally contacted via email by November 26, 2025
7. Privacy & Data Usage
- Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
- Only Dayside has access to your information; your data will never be shared with third parties
